General Installation Notes

The installation occurs in two stages. The file that you download is a self-extracting zip file. To start the installation process, double-click on the file or use the Windows Run command. The program will extract a temporary copy of its files to the "Destination Directory" specified during the extraction process (the second screen). The default is the Windows Temp directory.

At the end of the extraction process, the installation program will automatically run (this is the second stage). The installation program will copy the files to their permanent directory and add the program to the Windows Start>Programs list. You will have a chance during the installation to specify the permanent directory and program group. After the installation has been completed, you may delete the temporary files.
